WOW! Thanks for the feedback. I would have never thought that the founder herself would have responded. You are welcome, and again thanks for all you do, it really has made all the difference in the world, and not just to me but others I have met that have used your method. Well done!

Dear Mr. Dicks:

I would like to thank you for taking time out of your extremely busy schedule to help “spread the word” so that children and adults with symptoms of Irlen Syndrome might now learn there is help available. The article you wrote and posted on your blog about Irlen is very well written and informative. Your efforts in helping others are sincerely appreciated not only by myself, but by those individuals who will now seek further information about the Irlen Method.

Colorful wishes,

I really appreciate your information. I am getting bothered to no end for a bill I do not owe from 2004 for $36.00! I was specifically told by the company that they will not stop calling until I resolve the matter, and needless to say they were extremely rude. I am so glad to have learned about the cease and desist letter. Thank you!

Thank you for using your influence to educate the people. The Obama administration is also proposing enzymes added to the gunpowder of each round that would cause it to become inert within a specific time frame. Simply put, this puts an expiration date or shelf life on ammunition. Wether it be 6 months or 2 years, it is the start of their control over the population. It is also generally believed that the primers will become crimped thus inhibiting the ability to reload the new brass. Every government in history has been concerned about being overthrown by it's population. It will always be a tug-o-war between the population keeping it's rights and the government keeping it's authority. They will always take away as many of our rights as WE ALLOW them to. Everyone needs to stand up and let them know that they work for us and we want to keep our right to bear arms. When guns are criminalized, then only criminals will have them.

Salt Marsh Harvest Mouse.......give me a break! I am all over the internet trying to understand the opportunities that I will not be able or eligable to take advantage of.
As I have mentioned before we are in a no win situation, but let's save a few mice? Plans...plans..plans...has anyone been to the grocery store lately? I went cross eyed trying to make sure I was buying American, you know to help stimulate the economy. Then I noticed the good folks at Publix were putting up small signs that said grown in America or grown or harvested in the USA. We even bought Girl Scout Cookies. So what does this tell me? In our very small way we are helping. But will it be noticed? Will it matter? I felt better about reporting the two ladies to the manager who had left dogs in thier cars, and had the nerve to stay there until I was sure he made the announcement.
So.....save a mouse...save a dog.....buy American....but what about our home?????

I have read and re-read all of this information. Looking around at once was a great neiborhood, My neighbors, have not paid thier mortage in 6 months and have recieved foreclosure notice. Empty houses, houses that have been on the market for nearly a year or longer. We are trying to figure out our options. We were contacted by the bank who holds our loan and we also had an ARM. Let's stop the bleeding right now they told us, your best option is to do another ARM for 3 years. Everything should have settled down by then, lets just buy you some time. Sounded good. We did this. As we knew when it came time for the ARM to come to the end we would not be able to pay the mortage. Right now with this bandaid or this "let'stop the bleeding" in 3 years we will be back in the same situation. The ARM looming in 3 years. We don't know what to do. We also owe more on our home than what is worth.
So what to do...what to do.....I told my husband let's stop paying our mortgage, just long enough to be able to apply for the Hope Now Program. Let's walk away....and rent til our credit is fixed and then maybe things will be better to buy. We are baby boomers and in our 50's.
My husband being the proud man he is, says no to my suggestions. We have the means right now to make our payments, things will get better. I am a sceptic.....I don't see things getting better only worse.
What to do...What to do....?
I liked what you had to say. Are you planning on running for office anytime soon? Thank you for giving an enlightened perspective on this whole mess.
